Launching our New Consultation: Citizens’ participation in the CoFoE

2021 Nov 5th

As Citizens Take Over Europe we are launching a new consultation on citizens participation in the Conference of the Future of Europe. The purpose of this information is to be shared widely, so your anonymous contributions might be read by anyone. Based on this collection, we will create public and open reports for anyone to read, share, and use.

We would like to hear from you – randomly selected and delegated citizens’ and civil society representatives participating in the Conference on the Future of Europe – your thoughts about your experiences in the European Citizens’ Panels (starting in autumn 2021) and the CoFoE Plenary sessions (to conclude in Spring 2022).

We will ask you 7 questions about your experiences in this transnational democratic process, followed by some questions about you and your identities. It will take around 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Your feedback will be a valuable source to draw lessons from your experiences at the Conference and to learn what went well and what needs improvement in view of similar future democratic events.

We take privacy and confidentiality seriously. We collect no personally-identifying data at all, and we ask you not to identify yourself or anyone else in your responses. If you have questions, please reach out at beth.smith@cognitive-edge.com of The Cynefin Centre.
